Does your current resume say hire me because...?
If your
resume represents you as
a serious professional searching out employment and offers a taste of your
dynamic background, it assuredly will generate the
Human Resource (HR) interests in you and eventually receiving a phone call for
the opportunity to be interviewed.
If not... |

|
We focus our value to you in
preparing you to be successful in receiving more interest as a primary
candidate. This is our commitment. If our intention is
to grow our business, then what better platform than upon your success?
Let us be a partner in your preparation to be your best! |
|

There are two strategies
needed in creating interest in you as a primary candidate. A strategy built
around the information on your resume while answering to the overall question all
employers are looking for the correct answer "Why should I hire you?" and the
delivery of that information during the interview which relates to your ability
to sell yourself! We have an outstanding staff ready to assist you in your
move towards employment. Your resume will be created in such a way, it will
attract optimum response from employers. It is our intention to ensure your resume lands in
the "short stack"!

We offer an interview
consultation.
This is an invaluable session dedicated to prepare you for your interview
before you are ever offered one. With practice in speaking about your skills and
qualifications, we also go through common scenario type questions that HRs are
known to ask in areas of leadership, ethics and other subjects. The key
to any interview is to be yourself. Our outline helps you stay on
track with questions you want answered before the interview is finished. Try to
think of a four to one ratio...there are many questions the HR may ask of you,
but interaction during the interview process demands that you ask questions too!
A good blend is four to one. You don't want until the end to be asked if you
have any questions...this is counter productive. Perhaps by you not asking
questions early on, the HR has already surmised an opinion of you due to your
lack of interaction. In the same token, you want to leave with some answers as
well. By waiting until the end, you are apt to forget to ask a question you
really wanted answered.
This is an example of topics we cover
in preparing you for an interview. We feel this time is of a great investment in
your over all plan towards gaining employment. We want to help and we are
offering this service at a customer service rate.

the decision about you. That's where we come in!
We offer a consultation service

and don'ts" of how to express yourself during interviews. The first rule is
not to "just be yourself" it is to be in the
business of selling yourself! We help you build upon your personality and
refine it with coaching techniques that will be focused towards the particular
